Their daughter Heather's love for jewellery sparked early on. As a qualified Gemmologist and Diamond Grader, she is now Managing Director and carries our family legacy forward into its second generation. Together, we embody hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship, spanning over four decades of creating cherished pieces for our customers.

John brings a wealth of knowledge in gemstones and antique jewellery, refining our craft with his versatile bench skills. Laura creates, repairs and oversees bespoke orders with expert advice and a friendly touch. Darren discovered his love for meticulous manufacture and jewellery repair at an early age; with expertise that shines in every detail, he ensures each piece is handled with care. Together, we embody dedication, turning dreams into timeless treasures.

Tanya brings 25 years of jewellery passion; with her expertise, she ensures seamless customer experiences both in-store and online, fostering genuine connections with our clients. Lara in her managerial role, oversees various aspects of our business, from customer service to marketing, and social media engagement to bookkeeping. Natalie enriches our team with her merchandising finesse, creating beautiful displays and curating diverse collections that leave a lasting impression.
