Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

We are a small business and due to Brexit currently do not ship items outside the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to extend our shipping overseas in the near future.

All orders are picked, prepped and packed by members of our dedicated Team based at our store in Dodworth, Barnsley. The items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and any items which do not meet our exacting standards will not be shipped to you. In the unlikely event there are any problems with your order, we will contact you straight away via the email address or contact telephone number supplied when placing the order. Unlike most larger businesses, you will speak directly to the person responsible for your order, ensuring the maximum care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any special requests or requirements and we will do our best to help. 

Despatch Information

When a member of our Team has shipped your order, you will receive an email to confirm this along with a Royal Mail tracking number for your parcel, which can be used to follow your order's progress here:

We endeavour to post your items as soon as possible after receiving your order, however we are a physical store, not an online warehouse, so shipping can only take place on days we are open. We aim to post items from orders received before 2pm on the same working day, however this is not guaranteed. If we are unable to post the same day, your orders will be sent on the following working day. 

If your item is wanted for a particular date, please get in touch to let us know and a member of our Team will do their best to ensure your item arrives promptly. You can upgrade your postage if necessary at an additional charge. 

Shipping Charges

We always use Royal Mail for our orders as other couriers will not offer cover for jewellery items in transit. As such we have selected only premium postal services to ensure our items arrive with you promptly and safely. Currently we offer flat rates of postage: £5.95 for a first class recorded service and £9.95 for special delivery service.  For items below the value of £50 you have the option to select your preferred method, but for items of £50 or over we require you to select special delivery to ensure your order is insured as well as being tracked. 

Transit Time

We do post your items out personally to ensure the best service for our precious items, and rest assured delays are rarely caused by our Team. However, we cannot be held responsible by delays caused by Royal Mail. As a guide we suggest up to 3 days for our standard post or 1-2 days for special delivery, but this is intended as a guide only and depends on when the order was placed in relation to our opening hours.
