Memorial Locket, Large Plain Cylinder 9ct Yellow Gold 40x12mm

Our Memorial Locket collection comprises Sterling Silver and 9ct Gold memorial lockets which are handmade.

The top of the lockets unscrews for ashes to be deposited inside; you can introduce the ashes yourself, or we can do this for you in our onsite workshop. This process is done with utmost love and care, and we take photographs so you can see the ashes have been installed safely. We can also seal the locket so it cannot be opened again. There is no extra charge for this service.

The lockets are either available from our stock, or will be handmade to special order for you. The timescale for special orders is approximately 6 weeks.

You can also have your locket engraved with initials, a date or a short personal message, but there is an additional charge for this service.

At WJ Shaw the core of our business is our bespoke items which are handmade exclusively to our customer’s individual requirements. We begin with the design, whether that be to adapt an existing idea, or create something completely from scratch and then tailor every element, for example metal, dimensions and stones. Our work is undertaken in our Dodworth workshop and we use a carefully selected group of UK-based suppliers for our bullion, diamonds and gemstones.

If you’d like to begin your jewellery journey, the first step is to get in touch with your details and let us know what you’re looking for: whether you have very specific ideas or aren’t really sure what you want, we are here to guide you and help make your vision a reality. Just give us as much information as you can and we will take it from there. Ideally the next step is a private consultation at our Dodworth showroom, but if you are unable to visit we are able to work remotely via telephone and email.

We will agree a timescale with you when you confirm an order and leave a deposit. A bespoke order typically takes between 6-10 weeks from start to completion.

When your order is completed and the balance has been paid we will despatch via an insured and tracked postal service and your item will arrive in 1-3 working days.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on fully bespoke items as they are made especially for you and to your specific requirements, however we can make adjustments for example if the finger size needs to be changed. Your satisfaction is our priority so please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss.
